DigiMark Corp, LLC operates the LeadRelay website and self-hosted WordPress product. This policy explains the information processed when you visit the site, create an account or submit information through a LeadRelay workspace.
Information we collect
Information may include account names, business names, email addresses, phone numbers, login information, customer inquiry details, lead notes, quotes, approvals, technical logs and information voluntarily provided through forms.
How information is used
Information is used to provide and secure the service, route inquiries to the appropriate workspace, notify account owners, maintain lead and quote records, provide support and improve product reliability.
Self-hosted customer data
When LeadRelay is installed on a customer-controlled WordPress server, that customer controls its installation and is responsible for its hosting, access policies, backups, retention requirements and notices to its own customers.
Service providers
Hosting, email delivery, analytics and payment providers may process limited information when those services are configured. Payment-card information is handled by the selected hosted payment provider and is not stored by LeadRelay.
Retention and security
Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the service, legal obligations and legitimate business records. Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of information subject to legal and operational requirements. Workspace customers should first contact the business that collected their inquiry.
