These terms govern access to the LeadRelay website and WordPress product provided by DigiMark Corp, LLC. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding login credentials and activity performed through your account. You must promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
Permitted use
You may use LeadRelay for lawful business lead management. You may not use it to transmit unlawful content, access another workspace, interfere with the service, distribute malware or violate privacy, marketing or communications laws.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for the notices and consent required when collecting customer information, the content of your quotes, the security of your WordPress installation and the configuration of third-party email and payment services.
Fees and availability
Current fees are described on the Pricing page or in a written order. Features may change as the product improves. Maintenance, hosting conditions or events outside reasonable control may occasionally affect availability.
Third-party services
LeadRelay may connect with WordPress, Gravity Forms, hosting companies, email providers and hosted payment services. Those services are governed by their own terms.
Disclaimers and limitation
The product is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. DigiMark Corp does not guarantee a particular number of leads, customers, sales or revenue.
