Implementation fees
Implementation fees cover configuration and setup work. Once implementation work has begun, those fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or agreed otherwise in writing.
Monthly subscriptions
You may request cancellation before the next renewal date to prevent the next monthly charge. Access continues through the paid billing period unless otherwise stated in your order.
Refund requests
If you believe a charge was made in error, contact [email protected] with the account email and charge details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible.
Third-party charges
Hosting, domain, email, payment-processing and other third-party charges are governed by the policies of those providers.
